Website not responding

Hi , when I signed up for free hosting the service was great but as of recently, it's performance has been quite subpar. About 90% of the time, when I go to any page on my site I get an error stating:

"This page is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Or it takes over a minute to load a simple page.

But it works about 5% of the time.

And I'm on chopin.

It's getting bad, because this is all the time. And even if I do not have much traffic yet, I value it when people can actually see the site I have...

Any solutions?

Hello,

Due to the number of users per server, the free-hosting environment is quite unstable. It's open to resource abuse, and slowness caused by people who do things that breach the terms of service including mass filehosting websites which open hundreds of php processes concurrently etc.

Unfortunately we try our best to manage our free servers and keep them as stable as possible, but after all being free, there isn't a great lot we can do, and sometimes some users will get passed our anti-abuse systems. We work day and night to remove as many abusive users as we can but you must understand it's impossible to completely remove them all.
