Website not showing updated information

I need some help. I have a genealogy website that I host. However when I upload new information, I can see the date on the files match what I have uploaded but when accessing through a browser, old data or a 404 error is obtained.

Two links below where the content was updated today:

http://genealogy.x10host.com/Abreo/index.htm (Showing information from 2021-04

http://genealogy.x10host.com/FariasFX/index.htm (giving me a 404 Not found error).

Any help will be appreciated. I have had this site for some years now and am used to refreshing my cache and checking as soon as I FTP new data in.

The index file you recently uploaded is Index.htm. Linux is case sensitive so index.htm is NOT the same as Index.htm
http://genealogy.x10host.com/Abreo/Index.htm will work and show your most recent update.

http://genealogy.x10host.com/FariasFX/index.htm (giving me a 404 Not found error).

Yes, because you have the file named Index.htm with a capital letter
http://genealogy.x10host.com/FariasFX/Index.htm works however
