Website not visible, Not able to unzip in cpanel

My website was working fine yesterday, but I could not unzip to update my site. This is the error I am receiving, I have checked the zip file and it's seems fine..
unzip: cannot find or open /home/fbctrez/public_html/Upload, /home/fbctrez/public_html/Upload.zip or /home/fbctrez/public_html/Upload.ZIP.

Was not able to view website either, but seems to have come live again, did try the extract and it's still not working.

This post has now been open since 06/06 ... anyone have any ideas? I am able to upload using ftp, but it seems to take forever, uploading one file and unzipping was much easier and time efficient ... please help, still getting same error.
