Website not working at some locations

I added an A record to point to my web hosting{my website}. They are as follows
cyber97.net ==> 99.198.122.2
cyber97.net ==> 69.175.6.66

And the Cname:
www.cyber7.net ==> cyber97.net

And the nameservers:
They are the default as provided by domain registrar.

Is the configuration correct, becuase my website is not working at some locations

You have a error in your DNS setup

its not the game of nameservers, we can add A records in option to the nameservers.

Play whatever game you like - but it might work better if you used the IP for your x10hosting's free-hosting server

To get your server's IP from cPanel (when cPanel is working) - look down left side of cPanel for [ Shared IP Address ] - you may need to open ( click on ) [ Stats ]

Use your domain registrar's account tools to set the A record to the above.

and what about the nameservers, do i need to use x10hosting's or my domain registra's.
I have added an A record to point to 198.91.81.2 .
