Website not working, but cPanel is up

I have the problem 'Error establishing a database connection' but cPanel is up.
I remove/add MySQL user at cPanel (us Corey said here), but the problem is not solved.
The site does not work 3 days. What to me now to do?

What are the details you are using to connect?

What the details do you mean? I have ADSL connection to internet. I cleared cash and used another brouser, but site not avalible - "Error establishing a database connection"

Christopher is referring to your database connection details:
Server Host?
Database Name?
Database UserName?

Database: barbaris_wrdp1
User: barbaris_wrdp1

Instead of "freebies.exofire.net" as host try "localhost".
