Website not working for some computers.

I recently changed the email account I used with my hositng. I don't know if this is relevant to the error, but now on some of my friends computers, they get the website /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi On my computer, and others, it does load the normal page. The website is http://www.floobenshnooben.co.cc/ What could I do to resolve this error?

By the way, your website is working fine for me and I can see "Welcome to FloobenShnooben Home!"
