website not working for two weeks

this is the second week and my website ltorres.net is still down. Why?
I clear my cache flushed DNS and noting. Can anybody help me please? I have a set of .NET files, index.aspx, which should show automatically once you call www.ltorres.net , but it does not.

Can't believe this is happening.

Help Please.

Your account has not been transfered yet. Until it is, it is very unlikely that you may access your website, as the load on the servers is huge.

How can we check if we have been moved yet? I can't seem to find anywhere that says.
