website not working

Hi team,

I know there was some upgradations going on servers. But when i will able to browse my url i.e http://chani.pcriot.com apart from this... even i m not able to sign in to my account panel on x10hosting nor cpanel is working. Already 2-3 months have passed. Can u please tell me the approprite time after which it will work smothly. Pls dnt send me the link for any forum or something quick response will be appriciated.

Hi gchani,

It seems your forum account is not linked to hosting account. To check what happened to your hosting account, You have to provide us the cpanel username.

Probably your Account is already terminated because of inactivity..

Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity.
cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.

You are free to create a new account..
