website not working

hi, i have the website www.topolandconstruct.ro not working.... this is responding on cmd ping but on browser this does not respond.

I would definitely chalk it up to the upgrade/move. My site on Lotus also responds to pings, I can access cPanel, and FTP - but the site itself gives me the "Unable to Connect to Server" page.
