Website not working

Hey,
I was instructed to direct my A record to the IP 69.175.120.10. I previously had 69.162.70.130. I changed it, but my website still doesn't work. Should I wait for the DNS record to be updated or something, or I'm doing something wrong? Thanks.

Try clearing your cache, flushing your DNS, and if that does not work, patience.

Thanks a lot bro I guess I will have to be patient... I cleared my cache and DNS cache, and it's not working for me. But if you can see it, then it's probably working!
