Website not working

I'm on starka and I just now noticed the site gets a 404 error, I can login to the cpanel alright but the site doesnt work. Tried finding some info on here but couldnt so i'm posting about it.

Most of the starka users are getting default website page error.
I guess it is due to http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/129078-important-update-all-free-hosting-users.html

I'm aware of the update, just asking if theres any progress. site been down a couple days.
