Website not working

I am not sure if there is a problem with my server at the moment. I have seen that there have been recent issues with Chopin but they seem historic now. I cannot access my website. Please look at this link

The domain http://www.earn-or-save.com is not hosted by x10, and the second link loads fine.

Try clearing your browser cache, flushing your DNS, and try again.

I don't think this has anything to do with DNS or cache. I think it's more about permissions on cgi-bin. Unfortunately I'm abroad and have limited Internet access. Using phone to do all this.

CGI-BIN execution has been disabled on all free servers due to abuse that has affected the servers, and so all users.
There has not been any announcement as to a timetable as to if and when (and what features will be enabled) the functionality will be restored.
