Website Not working

its not opening for more than 48 hours now. Nor is the dashboard admin opening
i get the error "Error establishing a database connection"
Could you please inform me what the issue could be

This should be fixed now.

It works a few hours or a day or two and back to square one!
How can I save my files and host it some other place, maybe by making a new account?
