Your site works perfectly fine for me at this time and I can't see any reason it would not load your end (your IP is not blocked in any way).

Exactly how are you trying to make a connection? By viewing the site, by connecting ftp? Please paste the entire error message.

ftp worked fine. Both Palemoon and Firefox said they were unable to connect

I just tried changing my DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 instead of whatever my ISP uses and the site works fine now

So I guess it was not a problem on your end. Sorry about that.
