Website on lotus down

Hello,

I noticed earlier today that my website was not working anymore: http://www.abc-roster.com
When logging in cPanal, I realised that I was using a new version of cPanel but that all my files had been deleted...

I reuploaded all my files manually, but I still get the same issue.

I'm on lotus, and the only issue notifications I've seen are for Cossacks.

Can anyone help?

I have checked up on your account.

The first thing that I spotted to be wrong, is that domain does not point to lotus server.

How did you configure it at you domain registrar? If you did use an A record that needs to be changed to: 69.175.120.10

EDIT/ADD: might not be the only issue :/ I'm having a slight problem accessing the server through anything but ssh.

At my domain registrar, I'm only using x10's name servers.

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Si it should be using x10's settings for A records

Before knowing what is happening, I manually re-uploaded an old backup of my website as all my files were gone.
Would you know if these files will be overwritten by the automatic transfer?

I'm asking because a few months back, when moving accounts from the old lotus to the new lotus, I had the same problem: my account was transferred, but not my files.
