Website Plagued with Problems

It seems the migration is complete but my website at mff.x10.mx has been intermittently inaccessible, and plagued with bugs that make it unusable when it does load.

I can sign in to my webhost account but for weeks now it has given me an error when forwarding to DirectAdmin. I tried to access it using the direct link given in some threads here but to no avail - it rejects my login credentials.

Could you please look into whether there was an error in the migration of my site?

your website seems fine here.
do you know what server your migrated to ?
like im on x15.x10hosting.com and to log in to directadmin i use
https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/
so if you know yours just add :2222/ on it like mine above.
and use your username (assuming its mffx) and your password.
dont use a email address.

the login @ https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
is not working properly to log you in to direct admin yet.

if your not sure of the server your on on the sso/login page click
quick ftp that will show the info.

keep in mind to many failed logins will cause your ip to get banned.

It was working fine, now I tried to login again and seems I've been IP-banned because I can't access it again. I'm on x13, but my login details don't work.

I think my issues with my main site are due to needing to upgrade software, however I can't do this due to being unable to access either FTP or DirectAdmin. Could someone PM me my details for them so I know I'm using the correct credentials?

have you tried: https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/
then use your username (assuming its mffx) and your password ?

keep in mind you cannot use email addresses in the directadmin login.
also to many failed logins will cause your IP to be banned.

All of them yield the same response, "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again."

Now I can't get on to my site, so it seems as though I've gotten my IP temporarily blocked again

I have unblocked your IP.

For logins directly to DA, you need to be using the username: mffx10mx

If you at some point after the migration attempted to update/reset password they will now be mismatched as the password isn't being synced between the systems (and apparently DA does not have an easy to use API for that either, but we have another solution in the works that will always allow logins through the SSO page).

If you want, I can set a new temporary password directly in DA (note though that it will NOT change passwords anywhere else).

Thank you. Yes, that would probably be necessary. I don't remember changing my password and it did seem to work originally (as I tinkered around with the PHP version), but perhaps that was back on cpanel, I can't remember.

Once I get access to DirectAdmin I should be able to sort-out my FTP access on my own and then begin working out the problems with my site.
