Website Problem 9/24/16

When I go to the website I manage, www.srs.x10.mx, I receive the following message on a white background instead of my homepage.

I am also unable to get into the wp-admin back end part.
Any suggestions as to what I need to do?

download a fresh install package for the version you have installed from wordpress and replace the file that is noted in the error (/wp-includes/class-wp-post-type.php), if you are unsure of what version to get, grab the latest and replace all files except wp-config.php, would seem as the file either gone missing on the server, or have gotten corrupted.
