Hello there!
Earlier this year I had set up a website using x10's free hosting service. These last few days, however, everything has been acting up. My problems are as follows:
1) I cannot access my original website: alivira.x10.mx (404 error)
2) I cannot access the parked domain I had attached to the original website: alivira.com (404 error again)
3) Upon going into cpanel, the parked domain is no longer under my account and when trying to add it again I get the following error:
4) As of right now, I cannot access my website ftp either.
Now seeing as how everything was working fine about a week and a half ago, I'm very confused as to what is going on. I understand that x10 has been moving some servers around, could my problems be a result of this?
Note: The nameservers of the domain alivira.com are still pointed to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com - I reset it and saved it again just to make sure everything was OK but unfortunately nothing changed (it has been more than 48 hours since this 'reset')
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Cheers
edit: I also flushed dns and cleared cache and all that jazz, still no luck
