Website Problems

My website , www.tsoft.pcriot.com is facing some problems.It is not accessible for some times of the day , and users of get messages like:
"Link Broken."
"Connection refused by server."
"This webpage is not available."
in their browsers.
FTP and WebDisk are not functional.
However , I CAN login into cpanel and forums , and my account is apparently NOT suspended.
In the service status section , I get some error message(I have attached a thumbnail also).
My username: tusharag .
My cpanel username: tusharag
My cpanel address: http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

Your site is opening fine for me. By the way the backend is apache and cpanel is under update. check the status at http://status.x10hosting.com

So that may be causing some outage of site. it is temporary.
