Is it then possible to change the ip address of my website which i am hosting with x10hosting?

The reason i asked if it was taking a long time to load is because my website takes between 10 and 15 minutes to load. This has not always been the case. It used to work fine a couple of days ago. The when i got back two days ago the problems started. My firewall has also been blocking my site from loading on my computer as it sais it is a blacklisted ip address. If i clear the blacklisted ips then it works for about 24 hours and then gets blocked again. That is why i was asking about the ip.
