Website randomly stops loading

Hi, only got the account a few hours ago.

My website randomly 404s when I try to access it.

cPanel and FTP works while it is down.

It seems throughout the night we've still been having troubles with the servers, last i checked cossacks and stoli were down, and before that absolut was aswell, it's currently 12am GMT + 9.5 and i checked this only 15 mins ago. Is there an outlying issue you guys are aware of? Or is this something that hasn't been discovered yet?
