I'm pretty sure this means my account was deleted, but it's been four days since I opened my support ticket asking about it, and no one has gotten back to me yet. Anyone know if they're backed up right now? Usually I mark my tickets "High" when a suspension doesn't go through, or my website got randomly suspended, but in thsi case I marked it "Critical" since my website's not there...
Anyway, has this happened to anyone? Is it possible for X10hosting to recover the data for you, in exchange for upgrading to paid hosting? Somewhere I read they do backups, but it's meant for system restores. I learned my lesson, I'll do regular backups from now on
