Website showing dns cache error

I updated the dns servers and pointed my hosting to that certain domain

yet I get an error

the website is

www.thearmenianwedding.com

can an admin escalate this to tech support?

The system does not show that you have added that domain as a parked domain or as an add-on domain.

Have you tried to do so through cPanel, and if so, what error messages did you get?

thats very weird, if you login to my account manually you will see that I have it added under addon domains.

I don't see it as an addon... But, that problem is being resolved right now.
