website slow

Hi my website is going really slow today :S
I'm on Vox, I had to refresh about 7times the Cpanel page, to be able to log in ...
Than when I finally succeeded to enter my Cpanel, it was the same for phpAdmin, many refresh to be able to enter inside...

On my website, some external files are impossible to load with file-get-contents function :

Seems like there is quite a few of us having issues with Vox today.

Lots of threads on here about it, I can't get my site to load or log in to cPanel.

Think its just a case of waiting it out.
