Website Specified Does Not Exist

Hi, after your restore, I'm unable to access cPanel and my website (username: legeox, client id: TJA28358532, main domain: legeox.x10.mx). When trying to access I'm redirected to a "Website Specified Does Not Exist" page.

Could you help me please ?

Hello, it seems your backup was lost in our server maintenance, do you have a local backup we can restore for you instead?

I have the same problem (assumed it was due to the upheavals)

My local files are not that well maintained, but they are all *somewhere* on my computer! It'd be great if I didn't have to find everything and set it all up again.

1. You are on Fris. It is still being moved. So you do not have the same problem.
2. When they announce that the Fris move is complete, if you have problems, start a new thread.
3. Adding your complaint to another person's thread is a really good way to have your complaint overlooked.
