Hello,
I'm getting the message "Website specified does not exist . . . The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account" when trying to access my account calx.x10hosting.com. I was able to access cPanel just a week ago (the 19th). I also logged into the forums at that point in time. At that point I couldn't visit the site itself; I assumed that this was because the migration to starka was still in progress.
I tried to check my account status through https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php but there's a message stating that "Our account management panel is currently unavailable, please try again soon." Ordinarily I would wait, but I'm concerned that my account is cancelled.
