My account (syncras) is still hosted on the old Lotus server?
As far as I know, Lotus accounts have officially been moved, and the server isn't down.

What can I do about this? =p

They have moved, and your site should be working. I'll ask an account manager, it's probably just an incorrect DNS setting.

I think I have the same problem. I'm getting mixed messages here. Over in another thread, I was told to wait for all the configuration to be finished, but here I'm told that sites on Lotus should be transferred and running. I'm inclined to believe this is a DNS error, since the IP of my site doesn't match that of lotus.x10hosting:

My Command Line said:
spadija ~
$ ping lotus.x10hosting.com

Pinging lotus.x10hosting.com [69.175.120.10] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 69.175.120.10: bytes=32 time=12ms TTL=44

Reply from 69.175.120.10: bytes=32 time=8ms TTL=44
Reply from 69.175.120.10: bytes=32 time=7ms TTL=44

Ping statistics for 69.175.120.10:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 7ms, Maximum = 12ms, Average = 9ms

$ ping chaosinacan.x10hosting.com

Pinging chaosinacan.x10hosting.com [74.63.233.25] with 32 bytes of data:

Ping statistics for 74.63.233.25:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),
(I did run "ipconfig /flushdns" before trying this)

Is this just an incorrect DNS setting?

There does seem to be something wrong with either Lotus or the DNS nameservers. A lot of people, myself included, are having problems with addon domains vanishing and not being able to reapply them.
Your problem could well be related.

Meh. I have reason to believe that it's not (just?) a DNS issue. At least in my case. I can't log into Lotus's cPanel with my username, it returns an incorrect password error. So I'm thinking that my account hasn't been transferred?

I'm not sure what to make of it. But if you haven't tried logging into cPanel at all yet, try it. =p

I have tried logging into cPanel without success. When I try to change my password, I get an error code 18A7083E.
