I've raised a case last week that's still open, that I still haven't received any correspondance.
My website at: http://mikes50th.x10hosting.com seems to have been removed (maybe due to the relocation?).
Can this please be reinstated asap?

Also, attempting to look at my previous raised Support Request fails with an Unknown Forum message.

i can see your website but there seems to be nothing in it to be shown. I get an error page saying the following

Index of /

* cgi-bin/

Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_mono/2.6 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at mikes50th.x10hosting.com Port 80

Try flushing your dns and clearing your cache. (You dont have to do, but i suggest you do as it would help).

Then try uploading some files into the public_html directory of your cpanel file manager or if thats a addon domain, the designated folder that you set to be the directory for your website.

If you had files and they were deleted in the midst of the relocation then they should be restored soon. if not an admin will respond and may be able to maybe restore them.

Hope this Helped
Matt

Thanks Matt, that's what I see too, just the empty site.
Hopefully they will restore the files that were there previously very soon, or at least get back to me about what's going on. I guess being free, you get exactly what you've paid for.

Been a bit frustrating with one message saying migration was going to occur back last month then not knowing whether the problem is related to that or to something else, but not hearing anything when asking.

Thanks Corey,
I've managed to get most of it working again now but I'm getting the following when accessing http://mikes50th.net/plogger/index.php now:
Might have something to do with the mysql database it uses?
In the mySQL Databases section of the cPanel, the database it uses 'pjninnis_gallery' says its 0.0mb, can that be restored also, or is it looking in the wrong place?

I also added 69.175.6.94 & int.fris.x10hosting.com to the Remote mySQL Databases list, but not sure if that's what the vague entry in the help meant.

Thanks

The .htaccess file is empty. I'm not trying to use any strange configuration.

If you are running any .php files, make sure they are not 'world or group writeable' ... ie, permissions 0777 or 0666 will cause 500 errors. The files should be 0644 or 0755

You can try going to cPanel --> Error Log (this is NOT the error_log that PHP creates when a script has errors). It sometime has error messages for 500 errors (sometimes not).

Thanks descalzo,
Yes, that directory uses alot of php, but they are all 0644. The problem turned out to be that the directory itself was 0777 which caused the error. Not sure why that's a issue because is was working ok that way prior to the migration.

Thanks for the help everybody. It all look ok now, so the case can be closed.

Cheers
