Website still gone

My website http://michael.x10hosting.com is still gone.
( It was not suspended before)

"Website Specified Does Not Exist ... The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account"

I followed the link
Important Update For All Free Hosting Users
and understand that all accounts should have been restored by now.
My patience and the fact that's about free hosting, kept me from whining here until now...

https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting still lets me connect with my user name and knows all account information, but a cpanel login fails.


Trying to get a new account at mx10.mx says my user name is still in use.
Or, as a different user:

"Unfortunately we do not allow users to have more than one hosting account at a time. You can manage your current hosting account through our account panel."

Any help ?

A little update: the site is there, if you supply the complete page address.

I just seems that /index.htm is not configured as a default page :frown:.
The currently displayed default ( or 404 page ) is a bit misleading ...

And cpanel login still does not work, so I cannot fix it
(I noticed the move from cossacks to chopin)

Hello,

To fix the cPanel issue, login to the account panel and change your password. A lot of passwd files were corrupted during the move.

Add:
DirectoryIndex index.htm to your .htaccess file in public_html to make index.htm the default.
