Odd how I see a reply to the previous thread then.

I just ran some checks on your domain and it appears that it is not configured to point to our servers. Make sure that your domain points to our servers by setting the DNS servers on the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Did you check what xav0989 suggested?

You could have just replied to your old thread instead of starting a new one.
