Website Temporarily Disabled - Excessive Resource Usage - Message won't go away

I fail to see how it's possible that my page ever used excessive resources...

It's never been very popular.

I believe this is an error, and it's an error that won't go away.

Other than an upgrade (which I really cannot afford at this time) is there anything I can do?

I cannot find a hosting account linked to your current forum account. Please link your accounts, by going to "Support" at the top of cPanel.

I tried to do as you advised but when I click on 'Support' this is all I see:

I can't see any way to do what you've asked here... Am I missing something?

Hi,

Yes, please click "Visit Forums". You should see a popup that tells you your forum account's username. You can either post from that forum account instead, or you can use the link at the bottom of the popup to link your current account.

Followed your instructions... All seemed to be working well but then-

A blank page with the url: https://xo1.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess3016961053/frontend/basic/index.live.php?/error

Anyway I'll try to post from the hosting account...
