Hi,
My site has been disabled for a couple days.. thwaites.info. I get minimal traffic and haven't changed or updated any plugins in a while. Please advise.
Thanks, Mark

Your site looks fine to me, I do not see it being disabled

At URL [ http://thwaites.info/ ] - I 'see'...
Code:
Website Temporarily Disabled
The website has been temporarily disabled due to excessive resource usage. Please try your request again shortly.

This temporary block has been imposed due to your account exceeding the free hosting account hourly CPU allotment. This limit is currently placed at 300 CPU seconds per hour of CPU time.

This issue is commonly caused by inefficient plugins or modifications to common software platforms, such as WordPress or Joomla, chat applications, or generally poorly written software.

The tempoary block on your website does not impact your ability to access and manage your web hosting account via the x10Hosting control panel.

This message will be removed automatically at the start of the next hour.

If you are constantly receiving this message it may indicate that you need to upgrade your account to x10Premium.

Derek -- your point?

High resource usage causes his site to be disabled. The block is lifted after an hour. Then you can see it. Then, something in his WordPress (sitemap generator, caching plugin, or something similar) goes off the deep end and his site is disabled by the system again.

The fact that you have visited his site when it was up does not mean he doesn't have a problem.

Yes I understand your concern, but I have been monitoring the page using my tool for the last 3 hours since my first message and not once has it gone down.

I able to get in now and everything looks good. I installed a caching plugin based on your recommendations, but a large percentage of all my content is not hosted on x10, so unsure why there is a resource issue. But I will keep an eye on my site to see if it drops again. Thanks for your assistance. We can close this thread.
