website throwing Http 500 error

my website http://preface.x10.bz is throwing http 500 error from last 2 days. It was working fine prior to that. Please look into the matter urgently.

Check for a file name '.error_log', or if it's non-existent, go to the error log in cPanel. They should have more information as to the 500 error, and what caused it.
