Website transfered to antoher server

My website is suspeneded because it is being transfered to another server. I need a quick reply to this as my customers are always calling me and asking why is my website down.

Your account is on the Fris server which, at last report, was being rebooted. We apologize for the inconvenience but you will need to wait until this process is complete at which time somebody should be able to remove the suspension and get everything back to normal for you.
