Website trys to download the php page

Hey guys, ive uploaded my phbb 3.0.3 forum. But all im getting is the index pages, install page e.t.c wanting to download, insted of giving me my website, is this server issues or my issue? and how do i fix it?

its right after you upload the phpbb script you must install and config the forum

Hello,

For phpbb 3.0.3 to work you will need intermediate php which you can request from the AMP at http://x10hosting.com/login (Use your forum details to login.)

The install page dosent appear

and when applying for Intermediate PHP Configuration i get error:

An Error Has Occurred
An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 4)

i did try changing to this a few days ago, and same error

without having the intermediate version, it isn't going to work. only a support person can resolve this for you now.

phpBB requries many features from that aren't available in the basic such as mail()

any help on fixing this? ive tried support but they arent getting bk to me :S
