Website unable to be viewed

To Whom it may concern:

Hello, My website www.ny073.org was functioning before the switch to the new data-center. After the switch it has not. I have done the MYSQL fix and still my site cannot be opened. I get an error message when I visit ny073.org. and I get a timeout message when I visit ny073.x10hosting.com

Any help is appreciated thanks

Right now, I see an error message saying Cannot Connect to Database when I visit ny073.org. This is caused by http://status.x10hosting.com/post/511443764/mysql , which should be fixed very soon.

Check your configuration file to make sure the host is set to 'localhost' and nothing else.

I have done the MYSQL fix

I don't know what you did, but try:

1. cPanel --> MySQL Databases

Current Databases

aaa_jo151 0.00 MB aaa_jo151 X Delete Database

Click on the user
Check ALL PRIVILEGES on the next screen
Click "Save Changes"

That should work.

2. Still no connection, check the software confinguration/settings file . It should set something like $dbhost to 'localhost'. If not, something like 'ini.chopin.x10hosting.com' , change it to 'localhost'

3. Still no connection, post back here.

I went into the databases. None of them are there. They have all disappeared..... None on the old Stoli server or the new? its like they just "poof" disappeared
