Website unsuspension please?

My account got suspended. However, I'd like to unsuspend it. I cannot do it from my control panel:

• You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

The link to support ticket is not working either, so my only resort is through this support forum. Can someone of X10 hosting get my web pages back online?

There's no hosting account linked under your username; did you receive an email when it was suspended? If so, was that email sent over 14 days ago? Accounts suspended for 14 days are queued for termination and deleted shortly after; if yours was terminated, all data would've been erased.
