website up, cPanel and FTP not working

Trying to update my website at http://c3webdevelopment.x10hosting.com, and it won't let me access the cPanel or even update it via FTP. The site is up with no suspensions, please help

Try changing your password at http://x10hosting.com/control you login with your forum info there.
