Website won't open

Hi there

When I log in to my cpanel, it says the password is incorrect:
username: amanalon
email: rose_hancock@hotmail.co.uk
password: ********

When I try and go on the website www.amanalonefilm.co.uk it also won't open...

Please help!

First of all never post your password of forums, these are public forums and anyone can see this.

About your problem:
I cannot found your domain or cPanel username in the system, If you are inactive from a long time then your account is already deleted.

Apologies for posting the password... Will remember in future.

!!!!???? I need that website to work?! I don't even get an email warning saying it is going to be deleted? How can I get it back? It was for work purposes - and a lot of valuable information was on there.

Can you provide me cPanel username? so that i can check
If your account is terminated then you can`t get it back. You need to register a new account.

The domain he gave you is hosted in England and redirects to x10hosting (actually, a frameset 'redirect' )
