I have my URL from 1and1.com. I have "pointed" it to my x10hosting site, as per my email instructions as follows: http://mysite.x10host.com. IS THIS CORRECT?

I have my nameservers loaded correctly, as well. I'm using a "Frame redirect" as opposed to "HTTP redirect." IS THIS CORRECT?

On the x10hosting side, I have ftp'd my complete website to "public_html," as directed. IS THIS CORRECT?

I think all of the above is correct, but website (http://vortexzds.com) still not opening in Safari or in Chrome.

Please help. Thank you.

if you just pointed your domain to x10hosting ,when you put your domain url into a browser now ,you will not see whats hosted at x10hosting for several hours maybe 24hrs because it takes time for then domain name servers doted about parts of the world to update.

So wait until tomorrow and have another look; your domain should be pointing to :

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Thanks for your response. I should have mentioned in my post that I pointed it about two weeks ago and still no favorable result. I've been moving, which is why it has taken so long to get back to this effort.

ok I just checked your domain in www.dnsstuff.com the nameserver pointing of your domain seems to be correct ; so not sure whats the problem . I would create a new simple index.html with "hello world" in public_html , just use upload from cpanel (browse to file) UTF-8 and see if it loads?

other than that maybe admin have a few clues
