Weird IPB issue?

Today I went on my site with the new subheading I had asked admin to change in my cpanel but now I cannot access my IPB board I get this really weird page I never seen before and it will not let me log in or do anything it just blinks on the page. I changed the link to the board on my cpanel but I get this
http://bookworm-central.x10hosting.com/ssboard/upload/index.php? I dont know if its been hacked or not I've never had this happen before. If you go to the bottom you can click and it says skin by and some weird site which I never used so have I been hacked or what? my cpanel is fine so I dont see reasons that I was unless they just hacked my admin area?

I figured it out I accidently added Index.php in the config file i didnt know it doesnt have to included
