Weird Problem... works on proxy.. not from my ip

I have a quite a problems...


1.) My site http://www.blog5.exofire.net works very fine on proxy.... but doesnt respond from my ip....

2.) My site is not even online for a max of two days..... and many times it becomes unaccesible... why is this so??? when will everything get solved and we can expirience a better uptime???

3.) Now my cpanel`s automatic software installer ( softwre franshsics-sorry for the name-) says that it cant access my msql(database) ??? shouls i change anything in cpanel???

4.) please do help me in how to backup my whole database and my site !!

5.) I was also suspeneded for inactivity a week ago ??? :dunno: but i was activily posting articles in my blog which came online now and then...


please some one help me or look into my account and solve the problem..

Your Site Loads fine with me. Just try clearing your cache.

no its not opening from ie , firefox , opera...

opens only in opera with proxy enabled(which i manually entered some universal proxy address from proxylist)

and also why digg.com has banned all address from x10hosting???
