Weird Problem

Hi everyone,
I am having this weird problem with my site at http://our-voice.info/, where it is not accessible from any computer BUT mine. I can access all aspects of it except sub domains just fine, but anyone on a different local network cannot. I have tried proxys and many other computers to no avail.

I don't think that it is being cached on my local computer, because the database updates when I visit the site. I know there are a lot of posts like this lately, and that the cossacks server is down, but I thought that this was unique.

UPDATE: Now even I cannot access my site. What is happening, and how long until it is back up?

x10 is currently making changes to update their site, possibly a problem could have occured somewhere, it should be resolved asap, or when the site is launched, please be patient
