There could be a bug in the code... you should create a simple code snippet to log each access to the website. If you use a framework, this should be simple.

I was looking at my server logs today, and there is a weird referrer link. The person accessed the main page, so their should be no referrer, but instead it shows my domain in all caps, and the link goes to: http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/stats/NBCUSTOMWEBSITES.COM/. Was someone that wasn't me trying to view my logs?

Are there links in your server logs? If you clicked on a link from your logs that link to a page on your website (for example, it could have said "http://nbcustomwebsite.com had # visits," and you clicked on http://nbcustomwebsite.com), then it would've added your stats page as the referrer because that's where the link originated from.
