While accessing my site tarundattani.co.cc, I am getting Error.

That is not an error. That is the default index.html that comes with all new hosting accounts. You can do one of two things about it, if you'd like:

1. Delete it and then upload your own index.html or index.php or other index named file,

or

2. Create a redirect from that default index.html to the main page of your site.
