Both of my sites http://undeadoralive.net and http://forumsrule.com have been down for over an entire week now. I was told before that the boru was being upgraded, but does it really take an entire week? I'd really like it if you guys can get my sites back up.

The issue you're seeing is a known issue. For now we need to see what the solution is for this problem since it requires an admin to investigate the problem.
