Just tried to registered for an paid account and it was like pulling teeth, I genuinely didn't get it, the security process is indeed appreciated but needs to be monitored better and detailed more clearly.
Needless to say I've since went elsewhere for my paid hosting which is sad, being an loyal supporter of the free services offered by x10 I merely wanted to extend the courtesy to the paid services.
