What are the advantages of upgrading to x10premium rather than moving to another payed host?

x10Premium has more features and resources and costs less than a comparable GoDaddy plan. I've heard mixed reviews about GoDaddy's support; both good and bad. I haven't heard much about other webhosts.
My personal experience as an x10Premium and x10VPS user is that the support is very good. Of the 15 tickets I've opened, the average time I've waited for a response is about 30 minutes (with about 1/2 of the response times under 10 minutes). I haven't had any noticeable downtime or issues with unresponsive websites. x10Hosting was also extremely proactive with the recent zero day exploit that completely wiped out many competitors' VPSes.
I would recommend x10Premium over any other host.
