clear your dns and cache.

However this is probably to do with the servers and the following problem which is affecting 2 of the servers.

the server you are on ,fris or absolut , is currently being migrated or updated and is under maintenance temporaraly. It will be back up soon.
Until it is up you will not be able to access your cpanel. This is for the
benefit of your site and will help the servers to run faster and more
smoothly

It's not a DNS caching problem, as the DNS A record is correct and is pointing to the correct server. How have you set up this domain, was it a 'Parked Domain', 'Addon Domain' or was it setup as the main domain through the account panel?
This error usually arises from a misconfiguration in the forwarding done by Apache due to missing records, sometimes this can fix itself, whilst other times it requires an admin to fix it.

Im done assigning the name servers yesterday and I open my cPanel.
Today I cant access cPanel
What should I do?

like i said the reason you cannot access your cpanel is because fris and absolut are under maintenance and you will be unable to access your cpanel until maintenance is complete.
