I could never access my new website after I registered it yesterday. If always says:

Unable to determine IP address from host name for unknown server name
This means that:
The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL. Check if the address is correct. By the help FAQ, I checked server status from http://status.x10hosting.com/servers.php?id=7

What a surprise! only Artic server is online, all other servers are offline! My host server is Stoli.

However, I could access cPlanel via http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082.
What's wrong!

Oh, yes. x10staff.co.cc/status/ shows stoli works well now.
But problem again: Why I can not access my new website: hoosoft.co.cc?
FTP is unavailble too.

Have you set the DNS at .co.cc for your website to point to

ns1.x10hosting.com

and

ns2.x10hosting.com

If you have, it can still take up to 24 hrs for the changes to take effect.

Not yet. I think x10hosting will automatcially set it.
How could I control hoosoft.co.cc from .co.cc?
I just created a accont in co.cc. However, it shows hoosoft.co.cc was registered by x10hosting, I can not control it at all.

Where does it say your site was registered by x10hosting?

I thought you have to register a site at .co.cc first, then come back to x10 and enter it in your panel, as the site you wish to use (rather than using one of x10's own sub-domains).

If x10 can register the name at .co.cc for you, that's news to me. (it might be true, but I just don't know about that)

You have to go to .co.cc & set the DNS there as I described earlier. Log in to your account there to do it. As I said, I think you have to register a name at .co.cc first, then set the DNS.

Yes, it is x10hosting automatically register hoosoft.co.cc, when I modify account in x10hosting to hoosoft.co.cc.
I never hear co.cc before create an account in x10hosting. Now I modified my domain name to another one I owned befored: hoolife.net. Let's see what happen later.
